Registration Forms

 

Kansas Jewish Preschool is licensed by the State of Kansas. State law requires all forms be filled out and immunizations be up to date before your child can begin school.

The Registration Form must be immediately followed by a $100.00 registration fee to reserve your child's place in preschool.
